2025-2026 Academic Year Autumn Term Postgraduate Programme Application Results
The evaluations of all candidates who applied to our Institute's postgraduate programmes between 10-25 July 2025, including those who underwent scientific evaluation and/or interview examinations and those who did not, have been completed and are listed in the file below.
Thesis-Based Master's and Doctoral Programme Final Registration
Final registration applications for all student candidates who have been granted final registration rights will be accepted between 7-11 August 2025. Final registration procedures will be carried out through the system and will not be processed in person or by post under any circumstances. Prospective students must log in using the link below and click on the ‘I Want to Complete My Final Registration’ button to start the final registration process.
Nothing else needs to be done after clicking on the final registration button.
For student candidates who have earned the right to final registration and clicked the ‘I Want to Complete My Final Registration’ button, their student status will be defined in the ÜBYS system by the Institute starting from 12 August 2025. Students whose information has been transferred to the ÜBYS system will receive their username (student number) and password via the mobile phone number they entered in the application system. This password can be used to log into the ÜBYS system and view student information.

Non-Thesis Master's Programme Final Registration
For prospective students who have earned the right to final registration in non-thesis master's programmes and who click on the ‘I Want to Make My Final Registration’ button, at least 10 students, including those currently enrolled in the relevant programme, must have registered and paid the tuition fee in order for them to earn the right to register. In this context, after the first and second reserve registration processes are completed, and taking into account the results of the second student intake to be held between 20-27 August 2025, if the required number is reached by 17:00 on Friday, 19 September 2025, the relevant programme will be opened and the candidates' student status will be defined by the Institute. If, together with the students in the current academic term, at least 10 students do not register and pay the tuition fee, the relevant non-thesis master's programme will not be opened. In this case, registration cancellation and tuition fee refund procedures will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the letter of commitment signed by the students during the application process.
Candidates who do not complete their final registration by the specified dates will be deemed to have waived their rights, and the final registration of reserve student candidates will be processed according to the schedule below.
